I’m considering purchasing turn-key properties out-of-state and I will not be traveling to these properties. I am going to be trusting the local property management company to set the appropriate rents. But I also don’t want to pay too much for the property.
How do I know if a rental purchase is a good deal? Can I use Rentometer to help me figure out what I can be charging for this unfamiliar area and then using that to set my purchase price and guide the management company as well?
